It gets easier.

Deciding to turn your life around is a great first step.

I'm recovered (mostly) from bulimia, so it's not quite the same, but I think there are some things that are true to all recoveries.

Keep trying. You will have bad days. But just survive those and look out for the good days. As time passes, the good days will come more frequently and you'll see the bad days less often. After a while, the bad days won't be quite so bad. It'll be slow. It'll be gradual. Some times, you won't be able to see the progress you're making. Then, quite suddenly, you'll take a look at your life and realise how far you've come.

Just keep holding onto that thought when the bad feelings hit. There is a way out of this.

What helped me was seperating my ana thoughts and my thoughts
and writing down the arguments in a journal.
Eventually the thoughts went away.
I'm glad you are turning things around :D
Just concentrate on moving your hand from food, to mouth and throw the wrapper away right away.
What will happen if you don't look at the cals?
Pros and cons, my dear.
A healthy life is worth everything.
